Intellectual Property Rights Astrome holds patents, trademarks, and proprietary rights over its technologies, including its patented integrated phased array flat-panel antenna with Electronic Beamsteering, software-defined modems, and related innovations. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, or misappropriation of Astrome’s intellectual property will result in legal action under applicable IP laws including the Patents Act, 1970 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.
